We want you to love your Pretty Lavish pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all security tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside and the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
